We expected BO to reach target 1 but the fall outside IC3 on May 18 gives the appearance of a permanent break out of IC3, which would be followed by a fall to target 2, or even lower to IC4 and LEC. But if BO can get back into IC3 on May 19 we could still see the rally to target 1.
